Coffee Corral is a locally loved coffee shop in the heart of Floral City where great coffee, friendly faces, and small-town hospitality come together. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What the Job Looks Like
Our café can get busy, especially during weekends. The right person will be comfortable multi-tasking several responsibilities at once while maintaining a positive attitude and providing great customer service.
Daily responsibilities include:

• Preparing espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages
• Taking orders and operating our POS system
• Cash handling and accurate transactions
• Assisting with baked goods and ice cream desserts
• Maintaining a clean and organized café environment
• Creating a welcoming, hospitable experience for every guest
• Working together with teammates during busy rushes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant environment
• Cash handling and POS experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Open availability including weekends
• Must be of legal age to sell beer and wine
• Reliable, positive attitude and team-player mindset

• Minimum wage PLUS in-house tip sharing. Average range of hourly pay is between $16-$22+
