Ukraine and Ukrainians needs our support. Humanitarian aid is needed in response to russia’s war against the Ukrainian people within the internationally recognized borders of Ukraine’s territory. Ukrainian peoples’ right to peaceful self-determination must be protected, and humanitarian assistance is needed to help those injured and displaced by these acts of war.
Together with its member credit unions, the Council of Ukrainian Credit Unions of Canada urges Canadians to support and donate to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal campaign administered by the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.
As of September 15, 2022, the Canada-Ukraine Foundation has raised over $22-million and distributed over $22-million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.1
The Canada-Ukraine Foundation is a Canadian charitable organization located in Toronto, Ontario. Updates about the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal and humanitarian aid disbursements to Ukraine are available at cufoundation.ca.
