Role Description

We’re seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to help scale a rapidly growing technology organization. This role will focus primarily on hiring high-caliber engineering talent while also supporting recruiting efforts across additional business and operational functions. This is a hands-on recruiting position requiring strong sourcing capabilities, relationship-building skills, and the ability to attract and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business-critical roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality engineering candidates
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities
• Communicate complex technical opportunities in a compelling and accessible way
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales
• Provide market insights related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends
• Serve as a strategic talent partner to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Demonstrated success hiring software and technical talent
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and outbound recruiting strategies
• Ability to understand technical roles and communicate effectively with engineering candidates
• Proven track record of building candidate pipelines and closing hires
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
• Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
