Position Overview

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top technology talent across a variety of roles. You’ll play a key role in building pipelines, strengthening relationships, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals across multiple skill sets and experience levels
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking
• Stay informed on market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive landscape
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in IT or a related field
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
