Conviso Inc is hiring M365 Engineer to support Microsoft 365 and endpoint management operations within a federal environment. This role will Support Microsoft 365 and endpoint management operations in a federal environment, including identity systems, user requests, and core services like Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management (Entra ID)
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, roles, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO integrations, and identity security monitoring aligned with Zero Trust.
SharePoint Online Administration
• Administer SharePoint Online, including site management, permissions, governance, collaboration workflows, and compliance policies (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels).
Access Management & Governance
• Enforce Zero Trust and least privilege access, conduct access reviews, manage PIM, and maintain governance policies and audit readiness.
SCuBA Compliance & Security Hardening
• Implement and maintain SCuBA baseline controls, ensure compliance with CISA standards, and support security monitoring and audit documentation.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, automate processes using PowerShell/Graph API, monitor system performance, and maintain documentation.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience with expertise in Entra ID, SharePoint Online, access management, SCuBA compliance, and identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in federal environments with Microsoft certifications and tools like Defender, Purview, Intune, and hybrid identity solutions.
