Job Description

A global technology infrastructure and systems integration provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale mission critical infrastructure and structured cabling projects at a major client site.

This individual will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and financial performance of multiple projects , ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with safety and quality standards.

The role will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams responsible for installation and deployment of mission critical infrastructure.
• Oversee multiple construction or structured cabling projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and performance targets.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliant project execution.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment costs to maintain budget compliance.
• Provide regular progress updates, reporting, and project performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
• Identify and manage change orders and project risks.
• Partner with internal teams to support estimating, feasibility reviews, and value engineering.
• Ensure adherence to all jobsite safety standards and company policies.
• Foster strong working relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale structured cabling or data center construction projects strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and large field teams.
• Experience managing projects involving mission critical infrastructure installations .
• Familiarity with various contracting models including fixed price, cost-plus, GMP, and time & materials.
