We’re hiring a Scheduler (Health Services) to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll manage real-time staffing schedules across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—ensuring the right coverage while minimizing overtime and supporting high-quality resident care.

Who You Are:

• You enjoy working with people and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You can use tact and courtesy in dealing with residents under sometimes trying conditions. You can show patience and understanding. You enjoy variety in your day and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years general office experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment, including experience with scheduling software. Previous experience in an acute care setting and/or doctor's office preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with ADP advanced scheduling preferred.
