Level I Compensation Range: $90-100,000/year
Senior Compensation Range: $110,000 – $120,000/year

Job Summary:
Seeking Epic Analysts (Level I & Senior) to support healthcare integration initiatives, interface development, and Epic interoperability projects. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing interfaces between Epic and third-party systems while ensuring stable production support and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor interfaces across development, staging, and production environments
• Design, develop, test, and maintain HL7, XML, and FHIR integrations
• Follow SDLC processes for interface implementation projects
• Create and execute interface testing plans and error management strategies
• Participate in Epic upgrade and enhancement projects
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and application teams to deliver integration solutions
• Develop interface documentation and knowledge-sharing materials
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation approximately 4 times per year
• Senior-level candidates will mentor junior analysts and support team development

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Technology, or related field
• Experience with HL7, XML, and FHIR integrations
• Epic Bridges Certification with current certification status
• Experience with Cloverleaf or similar interface engines (Rhapsody, IRIS, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and interface support experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

• 7 years of interface experience
• 5 years of Epic Bridges experience
• Experience mentoring junior analysts

• Device integration experience
• Healthcare systems integration experience
• Prior experience supporting large enterprise healthcare environments
