Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Join a Shop That Values You!

Pay: $1,250 - $1,500 WEEKLY (plus performance-based bonuses).

Location: Bonita Springs, FL.

Schedule: Full-time - We’re open Monday-Saturday, but offer flexible scheduling (Monday–Friday available!).

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician/Mechanic who wants to join a growing shop that values honesty, performance, and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Handle maintenance work - brakes, suspension, alignments, tune-ups, etc.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Take pride in doing things right the first time.
• Continue to grow through training and mentorship - we’ll invest in your success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on automotive experience.
• ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain - we’ll help you!).
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of your work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have personal tools.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
