Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zillow Preferred Team Member, based in Fresno, CA, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include managing and assisting clients with real estate transactions, facilitating property showings, preparing and reviewing buying and selling documents, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet sales targets, staying updated with market trends, and effectively leveraging Zillow’s lead platform to provide exceptional client support.

Qualifications

• Real estate knowledge and experience in facilitating property transactions, conducting property tours, and understanding local real estate market trends.
• Licensed with Real Broker
• Exceptional client service, relationship-building skills, and the ability to maintain professional communication with a diverse client base.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency with real estate technology platforms, including Zillow, Follow up Boss, and other digital tools used to streamline workflows.
• State-issued real estate license (California required) and familiarity with Fresno, Tulare, Madera or Merced County market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in sales, client management, or other related roles is a plus.
• Able to attend daily Zoom huddles
• Expert at navigating FUB and daily status updating
