Peachy Keen is seeking to add a dynamic Plumber to our growing team of technicians and deliver exceptional service to our high-end clientele. Peachy Keen is a customer-focused home services company dedicated to providing exceptional Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Clean Water Filtration, and Air Quality Solutions & Heating Services. What We’re Looking For

• At least 2+ years of Residential Plumbing Experience including repairs, maintenance, and drain calls.
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills to act as an ambassador of our company.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products and technologies.
• Ability to work in Florida’s climate.
• The ability to pass a drug test + sex offender & background screening.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on concerns or issues then present a solution including repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
• Maintain communication with dispatch management, CSR teams to ensure safety, compliance with a great experience and seamless service.
• Cut fittings in walls and floors as needed to accommodate pipes and fittings.
• Cut and thread pipes.
• Assemble and install valve pipes, pipe fittings and pipes.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures.
• Repair / replace / maintain plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending pipes, and opening clogged drains.
• Accurately document work performed to include customer interactions within ServiceTitan.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure and build lasting relationships and trust.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
