LHH is partnered with an established real estate organization to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst. Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior finance leadership to support company‑wide financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision‑making
• Own and enhance the corporate financial model to support long‑term planning and strategic initiatives
• Prepare recurring financial analyses tied to consolidated performance, including monthly and quarterly reporting
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis related to capital allocation and business performance
• Develop high‑quality materials for executive leadership, Board presentations, and external stakeholders
• Support capital markets and investor‑related initiatives through financial analysis and presentation development
• Perform ad‑hoc financial and strategic analyses as business needs arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or external audit required
• Exposure to real estate strongly preferred
