Job Title: SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

The consultant will be responsible for implementing and harmonizing the Finance and Controlling processes within an Integrated Corporate Template. This project involves reconciling global template standards with local statutory requirements for diverse entities, including Berlin Chemie (BC) and Standard Menarini Plant (SMP).

Core Responsibilities:

• Template Harmonization: Execute the design and implementation of the Integrated Corporate Template, ensuring alignment between Finance, Controlling, Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
• Finance (FI) Implementation, Controlling (CO) Implementation:
  • Manage Cost Center hierarchies and Profit Center structures based on "Family of Product".
  • Design and maintain Product Cost Planning (CO-PC) and actual costing via Material Ledger (AVR methodology).
  • Design and Implement internal cost allocation cycles (Assessment/Distribution) between Cost Centers and Projects.

• Technical Integration: Work with SAP PO (Process Orchestration) middleware to manage bidirectional data exchanges with external systems such as Tagetik (Consolidation).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education/Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation, preferably in a GxP-regulated environment (Pharmaceutical industry highly preferred).
• Technical Skills: * Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Release 2021 or higher).
  • Solid understanding of Material Ledger, SKU and Actual Costing (Cumulative AVR method).
  • Proficiency in configuring CO-PA (Account-based) and splitting structures for COGS.
  • WAC - Weighted Average Cost

• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of computerized system validation in regulated environments
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-departmental requirements (Local Finance, Controlling, Production, Procurement) and support change management across diverse geographic regions (Germany, Italy, Eastern Europe, USA).

Preferred Project Competencies:

• Knowledge of WBS element cost collection and settlement processes.
