Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Locals & Onsite)

Important:
MUST be LOCAL to Houston, TX and go into the office 4 days a week.
Onsite role: Minimum 4 days per week in the Houston office.
Candidate must be local to Houston, TX.
No additional travel, lodging, or food expenses will be covered.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support client business operations by handling day-to-day incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
The role requires close collaboration with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth financial operations and system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for all FI/CO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxes, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing) as well as related WRICEF objects within the ECC 6.0 environment.
Good level knowledge of financial processes and cross module business processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Source to Pay)
Collaborate with business users throughout the organization to deliver end-user training, facilitate knowledge transfer and recommend system/process solutions for existing and new scenarios
Ability to execute end-to-end testing for RTR, OTC, PTP and STP processes
Design, support and test reports (ABAP & BW), interfaces, enhancements, and forms across all functional modules.
Convert business requirements into functional specifications for WRICEF objects and collaborate with ABAP/BW resources for successful development and completion.
Experience supporting interfaces across modules (EDI, Concur, Vertex, Salesforce, etc.) and 3PL
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules).
Experience in incident management, service requests, and change management.
Good understanding of AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting.
Familiarity with SLA-driven support environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in AMS/support projects.
Exposure to ITIL processes.
Experience working in client-facing roles.
