Job Description

The Sales Representative, Calvin Klein Men’s is responsible for executing & driving the Brands overall sales strategy. You will identify opportunities of various retail and wholesale accounts that supports the division’s sales targets, profit margins and inventory goals.

This role is a full-time position and will be based out of our Greenwich, CT office and will be hybrid - 3 days in person and 2 days remote. Candidates will need to have flexibility to work out of our mid-town NYC Showrooms during Show Shows and/or when client needs arise. You will be reporting to Director, Men’s Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals through business/product strategies that optimize sales and profit for both the accounts and our Company
  • Identify, penetrate & develop new markets while maintaining and growing existing account relationships
  • Communicate and review with each account on a regular basis for new and re-orders, on order management, shipping, changes in distribution & deliveries, acceleration of deliveries, and cancellations
  • Accumulate and analyze weekly sales and stock levels for enhanced recommendations
  • Ability to execute operational duties to effectively manage a wholesale business - track selling, monitor markdowns, place & supervise orders with consideration of delivery dates and inventory levels needed for fulfillment
  • Effectively partner & communicate with internal Product Development, Production, Customer Service and Logistics teams on all accounts needs, updates and/or changes

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years wholesale Footwear Sales experience required
  • Experience managing POE/Makeup Accounts, Department Stores as well as Ecommerce
  • Proven track record of managing a department store key item business and a retail P&L
  • Experience Proven track record of results, with excellent customer service ethics
  • Dynamic selling, influencing & negotiating skills
  • Ability to work out of both our New York Showrooms & CT Headquarters offices, and regional accounts when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Microsoft excel skills and analytical abilities
