• Develop and maintain project timelines, including key cross-functional milestones
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays
• Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to track progress, address risks, and support timely decision-making
• Partner with internal teams to ensure project milestones and organizational priorities are achieved

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or related certification
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations, preferably within the CPG, food, or consumer products industry
• Experience managing cross-functional projects or product launch initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms)

• Experience supporting new product development or commercialization projects in a CPG or food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with product development, regulatory, and food safety processes

• Strong organizational and time management skills
