Product Owner – Financial Planning Platforms (eMoney & MoneyGuide):

Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs)

About the Role:

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Owner to support a major transformation within their financial planning ecosystem.

This role will focus on transitioning to a new planning platform and integrating financial planning outputs into CRM systems and client-facing portals. You will play a key role in shaping how financial plans are delivered to advisors and clients, working cross-functionally to drive both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and manage product initiatives related to financial planning tools and integrations
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process flows
• Partner with Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
• Support integration of financial planning outputs into CRM systems and client portals
• Drive alignment across teams and influence product strategy in a collaborative environment

Must Haves:

• Experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with financial planning tools (MoneyGuide or eMoney strongly preferred)
• Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder alignment)
• Experience working within financial services / wealth management / fintech environments
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery

Nice to Haves:

• Experience integrating platforms into Salesforce CRM or similar systems
• Exposure to client-facing or advisor-facing financial tools
• Experience with goal-based financial planning
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, UX, and Engineering teams
