Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with RF scanners, exhibit attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and good manners. This role requires working in cold conditions and involves a schedule from 9 am until finish, five days a week, with mandatory work on Sundays. You will have two days off, including Saturday and one random day during the week.

• Load and unload delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
• Receive, verify, and strategically store incoming products to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize space.
• Utilize handheld scanners for load verifications and quality control.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Proficiency with RF scanners.

• Professionalism and reliability.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

• Experience with electric rider pallet jacks is preferred.
• Comfortable walking and being on feet all day.
• Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs.

The role involves working in cold conditions, temporarily in the fridge and freezer. It requires a lot of walking and being on your feet, handling heavy food items.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.10 - $25.10/hr.
