We are seeking a full-time Operations Project Manager to join our team on-site at our Spring, TX location. The Operations Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various logistics projects, ensuring efficient management of resources and timelines. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, and implementing best practices for operational efficiency. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to ensure seamless logistics execution and client satisfaction.

• Strong Operations Management and Program Management skills
• Proficient in Budgeting and financial planning for logistics projects
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with international logistics and transportation processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience with multimodal transport solutions and project logistics is advantageous
