* Position Details:
Start: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: Flexible, 2–4 days per week (opportunity to expand)
Initial psychiatric evaluations: 90 minutes
Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes
EMR: Credible
Patient population: Ages 6 through adolescence
* Program Overview:
The Intensive Outpatient Care Program provides structured, high-level behavioral health services as an alternative to inpatient care. The program supports children and adolescents with significant emotional or behavioral challenges, focusing on stabilization, family engagement, and prevention of hospitalization or out-of-home placement.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Provide medication management and follow-up care
Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and family members
Support treatment planning within a multidisciplinary care model
* Requirements:
Active Washington PMHNP license
Experience with child/adolescent psychiatry preferred
Comfortable working within an IOP level of care
* Competitive hourly rate ($95–$110/hr DOE), weekly pay, and malpractice coverage included.
