Multiple Entry-Level Manufacturing Positions | Medical Device Manufacturer | Acton, MA
We are currently hiring for multiple manufacturing and production roles with a leading medical device manufacturer in Acton, MA . These roles support the production of medical technology products in a regulated manufacturing environment.
No prior manufacturing experience required – training will be provided.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in warehouse, retail, food service, assembly, production, or other hands-on roles looking to transition into the medical device industry.
Compensation
• $24 – $27/hour depending on the role and shift
Shifts Available
• Mon – Thurs AM: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Mon – Thurs PM: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Mon – Fri: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Education & Skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and understand documentation in English and communicate effectively
• Basic math skills including arithmetic, algebra, or geometry
• Ability to follow written procedures and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
• Standing for up to 75% of the shift
• Walking up to 50% of the shift
• Frequent reaching above shoulders and occasional reaching below the waist
• Ability to push and pull equipment or materials
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and 5–20 lbs frequently
