  • Ensure high-quality data collection and system performance

Teamwork & Client Interaction

  • Work closely with field teams and project leads
  • Interface directly with customers onsite in a professional manner

Safety

  • Follow and enforce strict safety protocols
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture across all job sites

Documentation & Reporting

  • Accurately record inspection data and field observations
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Travel

  • Travel to project sites across North America as needed
  • Flexibility for varying project durations and schedules

What You Bring

Required:

  • SPRAT or IRATA Rope Access Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism in the field
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality work

Preferred:

  • Valid passport (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), especially PEC, RT/RTR, UT
  • 5+ years in industrial, energy, or inspection environments
  • ASNT Level II certifications (UT, RT, VT, MFL, etc.)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude / hands-on technical experience
  • Physically capable of working in demanding environments (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, confined spaces)
  • Leadership potential and ability to mentor junior technicians

What We Offer

At ARIX, you’re not just joining a field crew—you’re joining a company building the future of industrial inspection.

  • Competitive hourly compensation (DOE)
  • Full benefits package and PTO
  • Travel accommodations and per diem for field assignments
  • High-impact work on cutting-edge robotic systems
  • Exposure to major refinery and industrial sites across North America
  • A strong, no-BS team culture focused on safety, execution, and innovation
  • Career growth into advanced inspection technologies and leadership roles
