Senior Model Based Systems Engineer

What you will be doing:
Requirements capture
Voice of the Customer translation of the system and then sub-system component requirements
Decompsition from system to sub-system and making sure they are correct
Collaborating peer to peer
Capturing the system context on how features work
Facilitate discussions regarding new technologies and risk mitigation plan.
Reviewing and creating system requirements for engine, EV, aftertreatment systems, and other related products
Apply state of the art systems engineering methodology
What you'll need to be successful:
Essential:
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
5 years plus years of experience in model based systems engineering role
Windchill RV&S/PTC Integrity experience preferred
Experience with engine aftertreatment systems
Experience with engine (diesel, gas, CNG, or hydrogen)
Experience with MBSE and SysML
MS office suite solid knowledge is required.
Humble, and teachable
Effective and collaborative team player
Good communicator - written and verbal
Preferred experience:
Hybrid vehicle
