Low Voltage Systems Technician

Position Summary:


The Low Voltage Installation Technician is responsible for installing, terminating,
testing, and troubleshooting low-voltage systems on commercial construction projects.
This includes structured cabling, fiber optics, security systems, access control, CCTV,
audio-visual systems, DAS, wireless networks, telecom infrastructure, and fire alarm
pathways. The Technician works under the direction of a Foreman or Senior Foreman
and plays a key role in delivering high-quality, code-compliant installations. This
position requires strong attention to detail, safe work habits, and a commitment to
learning and advancing within the low-voltage trade.

• Install low-voltage systems accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Follow instructions from Foremen, Senior Foremen, and Superintendents
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong communication
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical skills and knowledge
