Responsibilities

 

• Engage with users via live chat in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding Power To Fly's resources, job placements, training, and networking opportunities.
• Assist users with platform navigation and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Uphold the company's values of diversity and inclusion in every interaction.
• Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the user's issue until resolution.
• Document user interactions and feedback meticulously to support continuous improvement of our services.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance the overall quality of customer support.
• Stay informed about all platform updates and company initiatives to provide the most current information to our community.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in live chat or digital communication.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with outstanding grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• A high level of empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and act swiftly.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and a willingness to learn new software.
• A genuine commitment to and understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Previous experience working in the technology or recruitment sector would be advantageous.
