Job Description

Insurance Agent (Base Salary + Commissions & Lifetime Renewals)

Most sales roles reset your commissions every month — this one doesn't.

We're building a team of high performers who want income that compounds every single year. You'll work inbound leads and run structured, consultative sales calls in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. As your book of business grows, so does your income.

The work you put in today keeps paying you in the future. We're talking real residual income — renewal commissions that stack year over year as long as the clients stay on the books.

This role is built for people who want to:

  • Build a six-figure annual income within 2 years
  • Develop high-value sales skills that transfer anywhere
  • Grow into leadership within a company long-term

We provide everything you need to succeed: daily sales training, warm inbound leads, a full tech stack, licensing support, and a clear path from Inside Rep - Senior Advisor - Team Lead - Management.

Compensation:

Year 1: $70,000–$80,000 OTE (Base + Commission) | Top performers exceed $80,000+

Year 2: $100,000–$120,000 OTE (Base + Commission + Residual)

Upfront commissions + recurring annual renewal income + performance bonuses

Location: In-Person | Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST

Compensation:

$70,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with clients, navigating important healthcare coverage decisions
  • Educate clients on a range of healthcare and insurance products, including Medicare-based plans
  • Manage your sales pipeline and document all activity in our CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects over time to close and retain business
  • Build and grow a personal book of business that generates long-term renewal income
  • Be available to take calls Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
  • Participate in daily sales training and team development
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Licensed (or willing to get licensed) to sell health insurance
  • Strong communicator — confident on the phone and with clients
  • Coachable, disciplined, and routine-driven
  • Able to manage your own pipeline and time without hand-holding
  • Comfortable in a phone-based, team-driven sales environment

Preferred (Not Required):

  • 1+ year of sales experience (B2B, B2C, call center, or similar)
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as insurance, finance, or healthcare

This Role Is NOT For:

  • People who dislike phone-based sales
  • Those who struggle in team-driven environments
  • Anyone who needs constant motivation or heavy micromanagement
