Job Description

Industrial Spray Painter – Precision Manufacturing

Are you a technical expert who takes pride in the details?

At Container Products Company, we don't just "paint" containers; we apply high-grade finishes that meet exacting specifications. We are looking for a Specialist Spray Painter who values accuracy, follows proven processes, and treats every product as a reflection of their own high standards.

Why We Are Different

While other shops might prioritize speed over substance, we prioritize reliability and quality . We provide a stable, structured environment where your expertise is respected. Unlike large, anonymous factories, we value the specific "superpowers" our specialists bring to the team. We offer a consistent 4-day work week (Mon-Thur, 5:30 am–4:30 pm), allowing you to master your craft while maintaining a predictable personal schedule.

Your Role: The Technical Expert

In this role, you won't be guessing. You will use your deep knowledge of industrial painting techniques to:

  • Master the Mix: Precisely mix enamels, lacquers, and paints to exact color, consistency, and viscosity specifications
  • Execute with Precision: Apply a wide variety of coatings to obtain a high-grade finish on steel containers and compactors
  • Maintain Standards: Follow SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and OSHA standards to the letter, ensuring a safe and orderly workspace
  • Preparation & Finality: Handle all technical tasks associated with final preparation to ensure products are perfect prior to shipment

The Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: 1 year of industrial spray painting experience (preferred)
  • Disciplined Safety: Ability to strictly follow respirator training, pass annual physicals, and maintain safety equipment
  • Physical Capability: Able to handle the physical rigors of the role, including lifting 75 lbs and navigating tall steel structures

The Benefits of Joining Our Team

We believe specialists should be rewarded for their dedication. Our comprehensive package includes:

  • Starting Pay: $18–$25/hr based on your technical experience, with structured annual evaluations.
  • Security & Future: 401(k) with company match & annual bonus, and company-paid Life and Disability insurance.
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus safety and fitness reimbursements.
  • Professionalism: Uniform service provided with an allowance.

Does this sound like the right environment for your skills?

Please submit your resume for review. We run an in-depth process for candidates who are a potential fit and will reach out via email for next steps

Equal Opportunity Employer.
