SUMMARY: This position prefers eight to twelve years of experience in general human resources or related functions. The HR Manager will administer the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Manager will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), training and development, benefits, compensation, and organizational development. This role will require experience with cross-cultural communication and strong alignments with leadership. In addition, the role will require someone who is comfortable navigating structured environments and bridging communication across teams, experience in language gaps, indirect communication, and hierarchical leadership. In addition, working with a global team and expatriate employees/managers is a major plus. This HR Manager position requires a team mindset and the willingness to perform all required duties within the HR group at any time. The ideal HR Manager candidate will be someone who is highly patient, comfortable asking the same question multiple ways, emotionally steady under pressure, culturally adaptable, not easily offended or defensive, and detail-oriented in communication. This position will report to the company's managing director.
