Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong background in recruiting and HR operations . The ideal candidate will support full-cycle recruitment while assisting with day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and maintaining HR systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and support employee relations activities.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR administrative functions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, delivery teams, sales teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Support continuous process improvements across HR operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
