Seeking a Grounds Maintenance worker in Artesia, NM.

Grounds Maintenance Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community grounds.
• Pick up trash, leaves, branches, and other debris from grounds and common areas throughout the property, including parking lots, walkways, stairways, common areas, and landscaped areas.
• Perform basic landscaping duties such as trimming, edging, weeding, watering, and pruning.
• Assist with maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and other outdoor areas.
• Clean and maintain community amenities, including playgrounds, picnic areas, pools, and dog parks as assigned.
• Report safety hazards, property damage, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Assist maintenance staff with basic property upkeep and special projects as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Grounds Maintenance Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining property appearance.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
