This is a full-time on-site role in Coral Gables, FL, for an Experienced Sous Chef, Pizza Chef, Line Cook, or Pastry professional. The selected candidate will assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Responsibilities include preparing sauces, recipes, and specialty items with precision while maintaining quality control and presentation standards. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with a culinary team to deliver exceptional food and beverage services to club members and guests.

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and creating high-quality dishes
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Experience in sauces, specialty recipes, and innovative menu items
• Background in food and beverage operations is highly desirable
