Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our digital platforms, including our website, social media pages, email campaigns, and digital ads. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure that our digital presence is consistent with our brand image and effectively communicates our message to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop creative and engaging digital assets, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns

- Ensure all digital designs are consistent with our brand image and messaging

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the user experience of our digital platforms

- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field

- Minimum of 1 year plus of experience in digital design

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Strong understanding of user experience design principles

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
