Job Description

• Core skills include the ability to read, write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, strong familiarity with database design and management, and the ability to learn quickly in a complex data environment.
• Build and manage a wide range of end-to-end data reporting processes, from requirements gathering to database design and creation, report builds, and data delivery automation.
• Create end-to-end data pipelines for Analytic Reporting. Create and Maintain the backend Database object creations and design.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating across organizational lines and working independently within a tight-knit team. Primary job responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting existing reporting processes, developing new reporting databases and queries, and building ETL automation to support data delivery.

Requirements:

• Writes and troubleshoots complex SQL queries for evolving reporting needs. Oracle is mandatory, SQL server Tsql is nice to have
• Designs automated process flows of moderate complexity linking together multiple source systems to create useable output for analytics using ETL tools and scripting
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal groups - from report end-users to reporting analysts and IT technicians - to identify and satisfy data needs and troubleshoot issues with data sources and other applications.
• Mandatory Oracle backend expert with SQL and PL/SQL, SQL loader
• Well versed with shell scripting Linux, windows power shell
• ETL design
• Need Python and/or R
• Familiarity with reporting Tools like Power Bi, Oracle Analytics server, Looker is a plus
• Knowledge of Google cloud data pipelines is a plus
