Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving service issues and documenting requests
• Educate clients and advisors on systems, procedures, policies, and self-service tools
• Respond to inquiries across multiple systems with accuracy and professionalism
• Process routine transactions and account service requests via web or paper forms
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while meeting quality, compliance, and service standards
• Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues

✅ Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer support or call center experience or a 2-4 year degree
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
