Job Description

A Truly Unique Role: Corporate Flight Attendant + Café & Business Support – Based in St. Petersburg, FL!

Power Design is looking for someone special. Not quite a traditional flight attendant role. Not quite a ground-based hospitality position. It's both—and so much more.

We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and resourceful Sky Concierge Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. One day you could be hosting passengers on a private flight, crafting craft cocktails at 40,000 feet. The next, you might be behind our in-house café counter, making barista-quality lattes for colleagues or assisting our business development team with key projects.

If you love variety, thrive on flexibility, and take genuine pride in creating memorable experiences for people—whether in the air or on the ground—this could be your dream role.

What You'll Be Doing?

Part 1: In the Air – Private Flight Hosting:

  • Be the warm, polished host for our passengers on private flights, ensuring every journey feels seamless, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.
  • Plan and prepare in-flight catering, from light snacks to full gourmet meals, with attention to quality and presentation.
  • Mix and serve a range of cocktails—from timeless classics to your own creative signatures—alongside barista-grade coffee and tea.
  • Stay one step ahead of passenger needs, anticipating preferences and adjusting service with a natural, intuitive touch.
  • Keep the cabin immaculate: stocked, organized, and ready for takeoff at all times.
  • Represent Power Design with professionalism, polish, and a genuine smile.

Part 2: On the Ground – Headquarters Support:

  • Help run our in-house café, serving employees and guests with the same warmth you'd offer in the cabin.
  • Prepare specialty coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages while keeping the café space inviting and clean.
  • Collaborate with our business development team on various projects, contributing your organizational skills and fresh perspective.
  • Lend a hand to other departments as needed—we value flexibility and a willingness to learn.

What You Bring to the Team?

Required

  • A flexible, adaptable schedule that can accommodate travel, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exceptional people skills—friendly, approachable, and naturally service-oriented.
  • Real proficiency in crafting cocktails and barista-style drinks (you genuinely enjoy making a great espresso or a perfectly balanced old fashioned).
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently when flying solo, and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
  • Willingness to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications for in-flight duties.

Preferred (but Not Required)

  • Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a high-end hospitality role (luxury hotels, private clubs, high-end restaurants).
  • Basic familiarity with business development concepts—or just a curiosity to learn.

Why You'll Love Working at Power Design?

We offer more than just a paycheck. You'll be part of a company that values creativity, supports professional growth, and believes work should be both challenging and rewarding.

  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Real opportunities for career development and advancement.
  • Travel perks and access to exclusive company events.
  • A dynamic, supportive, and genuinely positive workplace culture.

Ready for a Role That Breaks the Mold?

If you're someone who thrives on variety, loves making people feel welcome, and is ready for a role that breaks every boring job description mold, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and bring your unique blend of sky-high service and ground-level heart to Power Design.
