We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Project Coordinator with strong Sage and Procore experience to support high-impact commercial and public-sector projects across the Tampa area.

Your new role
In this pivotal support position, you’ll partner closely with project managers to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. You will assist with organizing documentation, managing project schedules, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. You’ll maintain project records in Sage and Procore, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, track RFIs, submittals, and change orders, support billing and procurement activities, monitor compliance requirements, and help prepare closeout packages. Your work will play a direct role in keeping projects efficient and on track.
