Perform residential and commercial construction work in Tarrant County and surrounding areas
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, finish carpentry materials and various other work related to construction and remodeling
Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
Follow OSHA guidelines and established construction safety practices

5+ years of professional carpentry experience
Experience with roofing and flashing details is beneficial
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Experience with framing, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of job site safety procedures
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
