Daytime Role (8:00am – 5:30pm)
Must be available to start ASAP
Strong interest in food and genuine engagement with the menu are essential, especially as the daytime offering continues to grow and evolve.
High-level coffee experience is required, including confidence operating an espresso machine and maintaining a consistent, detail oriented morning program.
Basic wine knowledge is appreciated, but not required—comfort speaking to the list and supporting sales is a plus.
Experience with Resy is required, including managing reservations, pacing the room, handling walk-ins, and maintaining thoughtful guest notes.
Strong organizational skills are critical. We are looking for someone who actively improves systems and structure, not just maintains them. Proficiency in Excel is expected, particularly for light administrative work, tracking, and organization.
This role will work closely with the GM, providing operational and administrative support during slower periods of service.
Operational Support May Include
• Wine cellar organization and inventory
• Maintaining and resetting stations throughout the day
• Menu printing and daily updates
• Upholding cleanliness and readiness of the space at all times
• Supporting staff organization and overall service flow
Compensation
Tip-based compensation; listed estimates are conservative.
Seating capacity—and therefore earning potential—increases significantly during warmer months with the addition of outdoor seating.
