Position: Litigation Attorney – Probate, Trust & Conservatorship

Location: Torrance, CA (In-Office Only)

Firm: The Legacy Lawyers, P.C.

Starting Salary: $155,000 to 168,000 + Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation
• Develop and execute winning case strategies
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, settlement proposals, and discovery responses
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle discovery, subpoenas, and trial prep
• Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials (when ready)

What You Bring

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Litigation experience or strong desire to develop it
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Professionalism, initiative, and alignment with our values
