What you’ll do:

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing the resort to life each day. You’ll partner closely with the General Manager to lead operations, support your team, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.

  • Help oversee daily operations across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

  • Lead, coach, and support team members while helping build a strong, positive culture

  • Coordinate operational projects and ensure seamless execution

  • Manage guest relations—turning challenges into memorable experiences

  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and team performance management

  • Collaborate with department leaders to keep everything running smoothly

  • Support vendor relations, inventory, and administrative operations

  • Step in as a leader when it matters most—including after-hours support when needed

  • 5+ years in the hospitality industry

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
